Important Registration Information & Policies

** Please read this page carefully before registering your child. **
We know you're excited to register, but please take a moment to read through this very important information before proceeding to the registration process!
DEPOSIT & REGISTRATION
A non-refundable deposit of $150 per week is due upon registration in order to secure your child’s spot. To pay a deposit, use the discount code 'DEPOSIT' when registering – but please purchase one week at a time to ensure that you can apply the discount code to each individual week.

If you choose the deposit option, your remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file on April 1st, 2025.

REFUND POLICIES
A refund (minus the $150 non-refundable deposit) may be granted if requested before June 1, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
If a session is canceled due to low enrollment, participants will receive a full refund.

T-SHIRTS

During the registration process, you'll see the option to add on a Summer @ Manitou T-Shirt for a one-time $10 fee. You'll see this option for each week, but please note that you only need to select this option once!
Pre-K and School Age Registration
STEP 1: Head to our registration platform Popsicle and create an account. Once you enter your child's information and log in, click the 'Summer Program' tab and add the appropriate weeks/programs to your cart.
To complete your purchase, click the cart icon in the top right to check out. To pay a deposit, use the 'DEPOSIT' discount code at checkout.
STEP 2: Fill out the Manitou Summer Child and Family Information Form. If you do not have a Google account and cannot access the form, please email us ASAP at summer@manitouschool.org and we'll provide you with an alternative.
Note: Your registration will not be considered complete until you complete BOTH steps of the registration process.
